This one-of-a-kind statement necklace is Lynne's largest and most complex piece to date. It features a gently graduated ripple motif with a gentle twist flowing around the neck and a myriad of carefully graduated colours. Based on harmonic geometry, the form gives a pleasing sense of rhythm and calls to mind patterns from the natural world.
The necklace makes use of the flexible nature of 3D-printed nylon to create a tactile and flexible statement necklace that forms around the neck and chest. The piece has visual impact thanks to its volume yet is very light and easy to wear, due to the material and design, almost like a rigid textile. The piece is large enough to slip comfortably over the head, the ends are neatly joined by a bespoke, harmoniously patterned sterling silver joiner.
